If it is possible for a morgue to look good, then this one certainly does. Built for Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford the building incorporated two near full height panels of Flemish bond with 30mm projecting headers, three brick-built trapezium shaped study booths and four projecting brick-built bay windows. Predominately built in stretcher bond the building incorporated 400nr cut & bonded specials and 2,500nr bricks cut to four different lengths for bond regulation. The brickwork package commenced late January 2018 and was completed with a small DBR team at the end of May 2018. Value £750,000
