Situated in Maud Street (Off the Barking Road) E16 the project consisted of three blocks & an under-pass built in Lignacite Snowstorm Roman bricks (440mm x 100mm x 65mm) in a Croydon White mortar. Elevation heights varied between 4-6m except for the stair tower that extended 10 storeys.The job comprised 100,000no standard roman bricks was 10,000nr specials in 51 differing shapes. The project also included a two-storey residential block built in Blockley Charcoal facing brick with black mortar. The brickwork package was completed May-October 2014. Value £700,000
