Situated next to phase 2 we were the only brickwork subcontractor considered for this project that consisted of 3 blocks the tallest being 13 storeys high. Incorporating just shy of 900,00 bricks, 3,500m of masonry support and 915 single leaf lintels, Brickwork to levels 1 & 2 incorporates one brick thick ‘hit & miss’ Flemish bond and half brick thick Flemish bond with 30mm projection on the headers. Our package works commenced in March 2016 and was completed by Sept 16 a total of 27 weeks on site. At the peak of construction, we were employing 40+ bricklayers. Value over £3million
