Sited in Downs Park, Hackney E5 the building is constructed in TBS Mystique facing bricks with natural mortar and incorporates a pistol soldier course above the masonry support at level 1. Albeit this was a relatively straight forward brickwork project involving 145,000 bricks it was a job that just looked right at home in its surroundings when finished. Brickwork commenced at the end of May 2013 and was completed mid-August 2013. Value £650,000
